The Cozy Reset™ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting payment and joining The Cozy Reset™, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions outlined below-Collectively, all people or businesses entering this Agreement will be referred to as the "Parties."

The purpose of this Event is for attendees to gain a deeper understanding of their individual businesses while networking with other women and businesses in Real Estate.

Our goal is to provide clients with the resources and guidance needed to run a successful and organized business. 

Cost. The total cost ("Total Cost") for the event is due upfront, prior to the event.

In the event of inclement weather or illness, the event will be rescheduled for a later date. Refunds will not be provided.

NalliCo LLC agrees to maintain the exceptional ethics and high standards at all times.

The attendee acknowledges and agrees that this event is a group event with no individual coaching provided.This is not a continuous coaching relationship. The attendee is solely responsible for implementing the techniques discovered through this event. 

Confidentiality and Provided Materials

At NalliCo,LLC we handle a great deal of confidential information and we need to keep it within the organization. Discussions, plans, procedures, materials and finances which may be discussed in a meeting are all examples of confidential information. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of all information not part of the public record, and to be liable for any breach of this confidentiality. Intellectual property such as logos, copy, websites, literature, business plans, courses, templates, discount codes, etc. which may have been provided to a NalliCo,LLC client/attendee are solely for the use of that individual. Materials are not to be shared, copied or sold to others. Should the materials be shared, copied or sold without the written permission of NalliCo,LLC, a minimum penalty of $50,000 is due.

BE ADVISED: This event will be heavily photographed and recorded. By attending this event you agree to being photographed and recorded and for these materials to be used in marketing on social media, websites and and other public outlets as deemed necessary.

NalliCo LLC is partnered with several vendors for this event, all of which your registration information will be shared with.

Contract Cancellation Policy

This Event offers limited spots as well as support and resources that clients are given access to immediately- therefore, cancellation of this event ticket is not available. Non-Refundable.

NalliCo LLC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, expressed or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. The Client agrees that NalliCo LLC is not liable or responsible for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by NalliCo LLC


This document reflects the entire agreement between NalliCo LLC and the Client and reflects a complete understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. The Agreement may not be amended, altered, or supplemented except in writing signed by both parties.

Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees

In the event of a dispute arising out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter cannot be resolved through mediation, and legal action ensues, NalliCo, LLC will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.

This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding both in the United States and throughout Europe. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If the Court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or enforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where both Parties reside, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions. If the Parties reside in different states, this Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions.


NalliCo,LLC reserves the right to make changes to the event offerings as needed. This may include, but not limited to, change in location, date and time of event and other minor details for the purpose of an improved client experience. The investment amount will not change unless written consent is provided via proper notice and signed agreement by all parties.
